Not sure if anyone else has tried this method or if I did this completely wrong and I'm missing something. My existing home network is functioning without issue and the RAP network that I created originally is still active. So far, everything seems to be working flawlessly.

Yesterday, I just hardwired the RAP base station into one of the ethernets on my Eero 6 Pro gateway device and switched the RAP base to bridge mode. Thought I was in the clear but didn't realize it was operating solely off of cellular data until I got a data cap warning after only a week or so. When I first did my setup of the RAP I set it up as it's own network separate from my existing Eero 6 Pro. Router 1 is used for my laptops, desktops, printers, cell phones, etc. All smart connections are limited to this network and they all work fine. I do not have any Ring devices and use this setup to connect my smart cameras, smart robot vacuum, smart thermostat, smart doorbell, smart TVs, Chromecast, and the like. WAN address is 192.168.0.20 (address of router in Room 1) Ring Alarm Pro Base station works fine for Wi-Fi connections.
